10. Green Goblin - I know we've had 2 movies with him, but I'd like to see him done right. Oh and not the Ultimate Goblin, just the classic.
9. Spider-man 2099 - A very interesting character, plus it'd be nice to see a futuristic spin off.
8. The real Fantastic 4 - Fox has had 20 years to do them justice, time to let them go back to Marvel along with Doom, Galactus, and Silver Surfer.
7. X-Men - I think it'd be nice to see the Avengers and Fox's X-Men cross paths to stop a common threat (Deadpool included).
6. Scorpion - He'd make a great second movie villain for Spider-man.
5. Superman - It doesn't have to be an official Marvel/DC crossover but an easteregg refferencing him would be cool.
4. Mysterio - Definitley an underrated villain and his powers would look stunning on the big screen.
3. Chameleon - This guy can easily cause the Avengers loads of problems and make for some interesting stories.
2. Fin Fang Foom - How awesome would it be to see Iron Man fight a dragon, he should've been in Iron Man 3.
1. Venom - It'd be so cool to see Venom in his true glory without Sony screwing him up.

Well Mysterio, Scorpion, Venom appeared on the MCU, the X-Men and the Fantastic 4 will appear very soon and Eternals did a reference on Superman.
